Where should I download WhatsMiner Tool?
The local ZIP contains the supplied EXE. Check the download page for its filename and embedded version before use. Recheck the WhatsMiner tools page before replacing the file.
Why cannot the tool find miners?
Check subnet, IP range, Windows Firewall, VPN routing and whether miners are still booting.
How do I enable API access?
Add devices, update admin password if required, then use Remote Ctrl and Miner API Switch on supported firmware.
Can I manage miners over the internet?
Use a VPN. Do not expose ASIC web, API or SSH ports directly to the public internet.
