WhatsMiner Tool troubleshooting
Use this page when the tool cannot find miners, API operations fail, firmware updates stall or Windows security software blocks scanning.

Recovery sequence
Work from least destructive to most destructive

Confirm network reachability and rescan the exact range.
Check credentials
Update password records and retry authenticated operations.
Export logs
Save logs before reboot, reset or firmware action.
Escalate carefully
Use factory reset or firmware recovery only after model-specific documentation review.
Separate tool, API and firmware checks

WhatsMiner Tool is a workstation utility; its ZIP is not a miner firmware image. A firmware family name is not enough to authorize a flash. Start with a read-only check on one miner, keep the original configuration and redact secrets from diagnostic logs.
